You'll learn brain-based and writing-based tools to regulate your emotions and create space between stimulus and response.

  • WEEK 4: Exploring & Releasing Fear-Based Narratives & Limiting Beliefs

Using the Word Audit, you will uncover the hidden fear scripts that keep you small and write a new story of courage.

  • WEEK 5: The Words We Choose & the Language We Live In

You'll use the ThoughtWork Model to explore how your words shape your identity and how to choose intentional language that empowers and enriches your life.

  • WEEK 6: Cognitive Distortions & Emotional Regulation

You'll be able to identify distorted thought patterns, mitigate them and write your way back to truth and clarity.

  • WEEK 7: Reconnection, Values & Writing Your Way Back Home

You'll learn how to use your words to clarify what matters most and anchor your daily decisions in values-based intentions.

  • WEEK 8: Integration, Intention & Living from a Reclaimed Voice

You'll learn strategies like The Journal Coaching Model™ to help you turn your journaling practice into a real-life active and sustainable tool for living and leading with impact.
